AMC conceived and developed the Strategic Youth Development Programme (SYDP) and the TEND Fund. As Programme Lead, AMC provides strategic leadership, governance, quality assurance, venture building, technical development assistance, and ecosystem coordination — working alongside specialist partners to deliver the programme.
BlackBelt co-delivers international business strategy and the Investment Readiness Business Clinic (IRBC), and facilitates Investment Matchmaking at the Demo Day — preparing participants and their ventures to meet investors.
